Track the status of your Azerbaijan visa application:

Just finished your eVisa application? Here’s how you can check what’s happening:

Used the eVisa portal? Only the Azerbaijan eVisa site will display your status; applications submitted through other sites or embassies must be checked through their respective systems.

Find your info: Have your Order ID and passport number handy.

Tap “Check Status”: In seconds, you’ll see where things stand with your application.

Tip: If you’ve lost your Order ID, check your confirmation email. Still can’t find it? Contact Azerbaijan Visa Support—they can help you recover it with your name and passport number.

Applied for a Group?

Travelling with family or friends? Each application moves at its own pace, so don’t be surprised if some are approved before others. It’s easiest to check everyone’s status one by one, keeping a note of each Order ID will save you time and stress.

How Will You Get Your eVisa?

Once your eVisa’s approved, you’ll get it straight to your email inbox. If you added your WhatsApp number during the application, you’ll also receive an update there.

Always check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your visa; sometimes emails end up there by mistake. Still missing? Reach out to support, and they’ll resend your eVisa.

Extra: You’ll need to show your printed or digital eVisa at the border, so keep both handy while travelling.

What Your Application Status Means

  • Pending: You’ve started, but something’s missing, maybe a document or payment. Log in to see what still needs attention.
  • In Progress: Your details are being reviewed. This usually takes a day or two. If the team needs anything, they’ll email you.
  • Approved: Your eVisa’s been granted! Check your email and WhatsApp for the PDF.
  • Cancelled: The application was stopped—either by you or due to an issue. If you didn’t cancel, check your email for more info.
  • Rejected: The visa wasn’t approved this time. Check the reason in your email. You may be able to reapply if it’s something fixable.

Bonus Tip:

Most eVisas are processed in about 3 working days, but during holidays or busy periods, it can take a little longer. Applying early always helps!

If you need more help, the Azerbaijan eVisa support team is just an email or WhatsApp message away. Safe travels!
